Definitions

Raffley – is referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘Company’ or ‘Raffley’ or ‘@Raffley’ or ‘website’.

Player – is referred to as ‘you’ or ‘Player’ or ‘Member’ or ‘Customer(s)’ or ‘Account Holder’.

Raffles – means either draws where the winners are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) or prediction markets where winners are determined through their choice of the event outcome.

Customer Support – Assistance and support services provided by the Company to its Customers.

‘Cryptocurrency’, ‘Cryptocurrencies’, and ‘Crypto’ should further be read as ‘TON, USDT and/or (where applicable) other supported Cryptocurrencies’.

Restricted Jurisdiction(s) -specific countries or territories that are restricted by our gaming license, and as a result, users located in or from these regions are prohibited from registering and playing on the website. 1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the usage of Raffles accessible through the website.

1.3 By using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions applying to the use of Raffley.

2. Binding Declarations

By entering our raffles, you declare and warrant the following:

2.1 You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or age of majority as determined by any laws which are applicable to you, whichever age is greater.

2.2 You possess the requisite legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and abide by the terms outlined herein.

2.3 You participate in the Raffles strictly in your personal and non-professional capacity; and participate for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

2.4 You understand that by using our services you take the risk of losing money deposited into the Game and accept that you are fully and solely responsible for any such loss;

2.5 You will not use our services while located in any jurisdiction which is on our list of Restricted Jurisdictions.

2.6 In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from the Game, you shall only use Crypto currency that is valid and lawfully belongs to you.

2.7 You accept and acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrency can change dramatically depending on the market value.

2.8 You understand that Crypto is not considered a legal currency or tender and, as such, on the website they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.

2.9 You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, gameplay, and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players’ device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions, and blockchain analysis;

3. Deposits

3.1 You may participate in Raffles only if you have sufficient funds / TIX on your account balance for such participation.

3.2 You may make deposits in TON, USDT and/or (where applicable) other supported cryptocurrencies.

3.3 To deposit funds into Raffley, you can transfer funds from your crypto wallets. Deposits can only be made with your own funds.

3.4 Some payment methods may include an additional fee. In this case, the fee will be clearly visible to you at the cashier.

4. Purchase Conditions

4.1 TIX (Our ingame currency) can be purchased in the TIX store using TON/USDT. Purchase of TIX is not refundable and TIX cannot be converted back to TON/USDT under any circumstances.

4.2 Winners of Raffle draws are paid out through Physical Delivery or in USDT; or in the case where winners do not provide their shipping information within 7 days, the USDT value equivalent of the goods to be delivered will be credited to their balance automatically.

4.3 Mystery boxes can be purchased using TIX, and prizes can include TIX or coupon entries into one of the many draws being conducted at Raffley.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Winners will be notified via Telegram. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.

5.2 Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the winner notification. Failure to claim a prize coupon within 24 hours will result in forfeiture, while failure to provide an address to claim a physical prize will result in the USDT value equivalent of the goods being credited to the players’ balance automatically after 7 days.

5.3 Prizes in USDT will be added to winner’s account balances. Winners can then withdraw their USDT balance by entering a wallet address and requesting a withdrawal

5.4 TIX holds no direct cash value and cannot be converted into cash through regular means. They are exclusively intended for participation in Raffley draws and do not function as a monetary instrument outside of this context.

5.5 The website reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawals exceeding USDT2500 or the equivalent amount in any cryptocurrency, as regulated by our gaming license, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of smaller withdrawals.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for raffle ticket purchases in certain circumstances as outlined below.

6.2 Cancellation by Us: In the event that we cancel a raffle for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (TIX/Coupon/USDT/TON) used for the transaction.

6.3 Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where we believe that the request is fraudulent or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

6.4 Non-Transferable: Refunds automatically processed are non-transferable and may only be issued to the original purchaser of the raffle ticket.

6.5 No Refunds After Draw: Once the raffle draw has taken place and a winner has been selected, no refunds will be issued for raffle ticket purchases, regardless of the outcome.

6.6 Currency Conversion: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (TIX/Coupon/USDT/TON) used for the transaction. Any currency conversion fees or differences in exchange rates will not be refunded.

6.7 Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

7. Delivery Policy

Following the determination of winners, recipients are presented with two options for prize acquisition:

7.1 Physical Delivery: Winners may opt to receive their prizes via shipment to the address provided during the registration process. It is imperative that accurate contact information is furnished to facilitate seamless delivery logistics.

7.2 Shipping Address: Winners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date shipping information, including the recipient’s name, mailing address, and contact number. We will not be liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winner.

7.3 Tracking Information: Once the prize has been shipped, we will provide the winner with tracking information, if available, to monitor the status of their delivery.

7.4 Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery of a prize is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or the provided shipping address being incorrect, the winner may be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

7.5 USDT Conversion: Alternatively, winners may elect to have their prizes converted into USDT equivalent, which will be added to their account balances. Winners can specify their preferred wallet addresses for withdrawal purposes.

7.6 Failure to provide an address: Failure to provide an address to claim a physical prize will result in the USDT value equivalent of the goods being credited to the players’ balance automatically after 7 days.

7.7 Regardless of the chosen method, winners are required to provide a screenshot as proof of receipt once the prize has been received. This ensures transparency and confirms the successful delivery of the prize. Please provide the necessary information promptly to facilitate the delivery process.

7.8 For coupon prizes, winners must claim their coupons within 24 hours after the draw. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited.

8. Rewards and Promotions

8.3 Raffley reserves the right to withhold prizes and suspend accounts in the case of Fraud/Abuse with regards to our promotions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In adherence to prevailing legal norms and best practices, Raffley assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your engagement with our platform. By participating in our raffles or utilizing our site, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities. Furthermore, our liability is expressly capped at the aggregate amount paid by users for raffle tickets.
